🌾 La Cosecha – The Harvest 🌾�A Heart-Centered Gathering of Reflection, Sound, and Community! Join us as we come together in sacred space to honor the fruits of our labor and the abundant harvest within our lives. We will begin with a mindful finger-knitting practice, weaving a simple bracelet as a living symbol of the milestones you have reached and the growth you have nurtured along your path. As we create, we will reflect on our journeys and share the blessings and insights that have shaped us. The bracelet will be worn as a reminder of all you have and will be acomplishing! All materials will be provided. We will then soften into a one-hour sound bath, infused with loving affirmations and healing vibrations to amplify motivation, inspiration, and gratitude. This practice invites you to rest deeply while anchoring your intentions in harmony with the rhythm of your highest self. Please bring: • A journal for reflection • 2 pillows, 2 blankets and/or a yoga mat • Eye pillow or mask • Any personal items to enrich your space (crystals, feathers, cards, etc.) We will close our circle in community celebration, sharing food, drink, and heartfelt connection.
