The luck of the Irish has landed at Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton! Find your pot of gold and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a 10K, 5K, or 2K Kids Run on the air station runway. This event will feature finisher medals for all participants, Irish music, and more.

WHO

Shamrock Stampede is open to the EVERYONE with the following stipulations:
Those without base access must arrange to be escorted in on race morning by an authorized base patron.
Please do not register for the run unless this requirement has been coordinated.
Patrons who do not make arrangements to enter Camp Pendleton will be turned away and no refund will be issued.

REGISTRATION
Online registration opens Tuesday, January 23.
Limited registration – sign up early!
Day-of registration accepted if space available +$5

AGE LIMITS
10K – 13+
5K – 9+
2K – 4-12 yrs.

SCHEDULE
8:00am – Venue and Registration Open
8:45am – Kids Run Start
9:15am – 10K Start
9:20am – 5K Start

GOODY BAG
All runners will receive a "Grab 'n Go" goody bag as they finish the run filled with hydration, nutrition, sponsor items, and a finisher medal.

RULES

• Strollers allowed at this event
• Absolutely no headphones/ear buds allowed
• Service and working dogs only
• Event held rain or shine (unless deemed unsafe)
• Pendleton Races has the right to modify the course if necessary for safety or base training exercises
• All competitors must be off the course by 11am

DIRECTIONS
Main Gate
I-5 Northbound
Take the Camp Pendleton exit.

I-5 Southbound
Take the Camp Pendleton/Harbor Drive exit and turn left.
Enter the main gate and continue on Vandegrift for approximately 8 miles.
Follow the event signs to the Air Station parking area on your left.

San Luis Rey Gate
Enter the gate and proceed approximately 4 miles on Vandegrift.
Follow the event signs to the Air Station parking area on your right.
